Mohamed El-Sayed, the first-team midfielder for Zamalek, continued his rehabilitation training on the sidelines of today's Friday practice session, held at the secondary pitch of the Air Defense Stadium, as part of preparations for the upcoming match against Zed in the Egypt Capital Cup tournament.

The player is suffering from a metatarsal injury, and the technical staff is striving to get him into the best possible shape before he joins group training sessions.

Meanwhile, Zamalek striker Amr Nasser participated in part of today's training session, following the program designed to prepare him for match participation in the coming period after recovering from the muscle injury he had been suffering from.

In a related context, the players performed a physical fitness segment at the start of today's training session, overseen by Portuguese fitness coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro. The segment began with running around the pitch, along with some light ball drills.

Furthermore, the team's technical staff, led by Moamen Ghalil, focused on tactical aspects during today's training session. Players were divided into several groups to execute specific set pieces, as part of preparations for upcoming matches, before concluding the session with a small-sided game to implement what was practiced.

Zamalek is preparing to face their counterparts from Zed on October 7 at the Al-Mokawloon Al-Arab Stadium, as part of the first round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup tournament.
