New changes have occurred regarding Al Ahly's market value for the 2026-2027 season, according to the global website "Transfermarkt," which specializes in player statistics.

Notably, the market values of the duo Tawfik Mohamed, who joined from Suez Petrojet, and Mahmoud Salah, who arrived from Ghazl El Mahalla, rose during the recently concluded summer transfer window.

In addition, Amr El-Gazzar's market value increased despite his recent injury and absence until nearly the end of the season, following a cruciate ligament tear sustained during the match against El-Mokawloon El-Arab.

The most prominent player in terms of market value is midfielder Marwan Attia, whose value rose to four and a half million euros, placing him second behind Imam Ashour, who tops the list with five million euros.

Among players whose values decreased, the Moroccan duo Achraf Dari and Reda Slim are the most notable, along with team captain Mohamed El-Shenawy, who also dropped in ranking.

Yassine Meriey also saw a decline in his market value, as he did not start the season under Moroccan coach Hussein Ammouta, who relied on Amr El-Gazzar, Yasser Ibrahim, and Hadi Riad.

Al Ahly is preparing this month to face Zamalek in a top-of-the-table clash on October 11, marking the sixth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Al Ahly currently holds third place with 13 points, trailing Zamalek, who are second, on goal difference, while Pyramids FC leads the standings with a perfect record of 15 points.
