Zamalek Club has revealed the truth regarding reports of approving the departure of Brazilian Juan Bezerra, a first-team football player, during the summer transfer window, given that he has not yet returned.
Bezerra missed Zamalek's preparation period and the start of the season due to his desire to move to one of the Gulf leagues.
A source at Zamalek Club confirmed to Batootat that there is absolutely no truth to the rumors circulating in recent hours about the club's board approving the sale of the player.
The source clarified that these reports are false and do not reflect reality, emphasizing that Zamalek's stance is firm and will not change.
He added that the player's contract with the team is extended for three upcoming seasons, and that any rumors concerning his departure or approval thereof aim to undermine the team's stability at the start of the season.
He further stated that Zamalek had previously officially announced closing negotiations regarding Bezerra's transfer to any other club, and that this decision remains unchanged.
