Turkish club Trabzonspor announced its official signing of Brazilian Fabinho, formerly of Liverpool and Al-Ittihad, revealing the contract duration.
Earlier, Trabzonspor circulated a video showing the moment Fabinho arrived to sign with the Turkish team, wearing the club's jersey.
According to Trabzonspor, an agreement was reached with Fabinho to sign a two-year contract to continue with the Turkish squad.
Fabinho joins Trabzonspor to renew his partnership with Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, who recently joined the Turkish team after concluding his stint with Liverpool.
Fabinho previously played alongside Salah at Liverpool before the Brazilian left the English club to join Saudi Arabia's Al-Ittihad.
Salah has featured in three matches for Trabzonspor since joining the team: two in the Turkish league and one in the Europa League qualifying playoff.
Mohamed Salah scored two goals for Trabzonspor in yesterday's Sunday Turkish league match against Istanbul Basaksehir, which ended in a 2-1 victory for his team.
