M squared, one of Egypt’s leading real estate development companies and the real estate arm of Intro Holding Group, announced the signing of a one-year sponsorship agreement with Egyptian entrepreneur and HYROX champion Ali Mazhar to support him during the HYROX 2026-2027 season, running from July 2026 to July 2027.
HYROX is one of the fastest-growing competitive sports worldwide, combining running races with functional fitness exercises that test athletes’ strength, endurance, and speed simultaneously. The sport is spreading rapidly on the international level, with dozens of races organized annually and attracting elite professional and amateur athletes from around the world.
Under the sponsorship, M squared will support Ali Mazhar during his participation in several races across Europe, Asia, and South America. The first round kicks off in Istanbul on August 1 and 2, followed by races in Rome, Rio de Janeiro, London, and other cities around the world.
This sponsorship extends throughout the season, embodying M squared’s vision of building active and vibrant destinations that integrate sports into lifestyle.

Ali Mazhar is entering his second full season in HYROX competitions this year, having begun his journey in the championship in 2025 when his fitness hobby turned into a professional career.
Since then, he has competed in more than 16 races, securing second place in Abu Dhabi and third place in the Red Bull Monday Night Shift Invitational. He continues to develop his level in preparation for competing at the highest levels in one of the world’s fastest-growing sports.
The partnership between M squared and Ali Mazhar is not limited to supporting him in HYROX competitions; it also includes a long-term investment partnership through AlphaX and BeFit Gym inside RITSA, the commercial destination of M squared’s “Ras El Hekma Resort” project on the North Coast, in a move that combines sports, entrepreneurship, and community building.
