The French club Lens is close to strengthening its squad by signing a new Arab player.

The runner-up of the French league includes the Saudi international Saud Abdul Hamid among its ranks.
According to the French newspaper "L'Équipe", Lens has reached an agreement with the Belgian team Charleroi to sign the Algerian midfielder Yassine Titraoui.
The same newspaper clarified that Lens will sign Titraoui for 10 million euros and he will sign a contract until 2030.
Reports indicated that Titraoui preferred to move to Lens despite receiving an attractive offer from Olympiacos of Greece.
It clarified that Olympiacos offered 6 million euros to sign Titraoui in addition to his annual salary, but he refused.
The 23-year-old Titraoui was included in the Algerian national team squad for the 2026 World Cup but did not get the opportunity to play for the Greens.
