Steven Bergwijn scored a hat-trick for Al-Ittihad, leading his team to victory.
The win temporarily lifted Al-Ittihad Jeddah to seventh place with one point ahead of Al-Ahli Jeddah, Al-Nassr, Al-Hilal, and Al-Ettifaq.
Al-Hazem took the lead in the 18th minute through Abdulaziz Al-Dhuwayhi, who capitalized on a pass from Avimiso Bololo inside the penalty area to tap the ball into the net.
Bergwijn equalized for Al-Ittihad in the 34th minute with a stunning shot from outside the penalty area.
Seven minutes later, Bergwijn added Al-Ittihad Jeddah's second goal from a penalty kick.
In the second half, specifically in the 59th minute, Al-Hazem equalized through Sofiane Bendebka.
Bergwijn scored Al-Ittihad Jeddah's winning goal in the 81st minute from a second penalty kick.
Al-Ittihad Jeddah will play their next match against Al-Fateh on Saturday, August 29.
