Veteran star Jordan Henderson joined the ranks of a new team in his professional career during the current summer transfer season of 2026, according to an official announcement made moments ago.
Jordan Henderson had left the ranks of Brentford that summer after an agreement was reached by mutual consent between the two parties regarding the termination of his contract, which was set to continue until the end of the next season.
Chelsea Club announced, in an official statement moments ago, that it has acquired the services of Jordan Henderson, the former Liverpool star, under a contract valid for two years, until 2028.

Henderson said in statements to the club's official website: "It was a golden opportunity that cannot be wasted, based on the club's status and the coach whom I hold in high regard (Xabi Alonso), in addition to the quality of the players".
He added: "The desire of the club's management for Chelsea's success and its development towards the better has greatly impressed me, for me it is about doing my utmost every day, inside and outside the pitch, to help my teammates and the team as much as possible".
Jordan Henderson concluded his statements by saying: "I feel very excited to start my career with Chelsea".
