Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk received a strong moral boost after being suspended from the pitches earlier for four years after it was proven that he took the banned substance meldonium.
Mudryk has been absent from participating with Chelsea since November 2024, despite sticking to his position by denying this accusation against him and that he did not use this substance intentionally and does not know how it entered his body.
The British newspaper "Telegraph" reported that Mykhailo Mudryk has become able to return to football competitions after settling the doping case filed against him.
The English Federation and the World Anti-Doping Agency reached a settlement agreement to lift the four-year suspension penalty on Mykhailo Mudryk.

Mudryk benefited from one of the amendments to the World Anti-Doping Agency regulations, as it was proven that his sample would not have resulted in a violation of the anti-doping rules if taken today.
The Ukrainian international star will join Chelsea's preparatory tour for the new season, which started in Sydney and will continue in Hong Kong next week.
Mudryk said: "The four-year ban imposed on me has been canceled after a long battle and I am free to resume my career with immediate effect".
He added: "I am grateful for the end of this matter, and to be able to look forward to my future and get the green light to return to football, I have gone through the most difficult period in my professional career".
He continued: "I have never knowingly or intentionally taken any banned substance since the start of this case, I have always been committed to fair competition and representing the club and my country with professionalism and integrity".
It is worth noting that Chelsea contracted with Mykhailo Mudryk in a deal worth 70 million euros plus 30 million incentives in January 2023 and with a contract that continues until 2031.
