The quarter-final round of the 2026 World Cup kicks off tomorrow evening, Thursday, as the French national team faces Morocco.
The Belgian national team plays against Spain, as the English national team faces its Norwegian counterpart, while the Argentine national team faces its Swiss counterpart.
Barcelona Club, along with Arsenal, represents the largest number of players in the quarter-finals of the 2026 World Cup.

Ten players from Barcelona still dream of the title, distributed among the eight participating teams. These players are: Pau Cubarsí, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Dani Olmo, Ferran Torres, Gavi, Eric García, Juan García (Spain) and Jules Koundé (France) and Anthony Gordon (England).
Arsenal equals only the number of Barcelona players, as the London club still has ten players: William Saliba (France), David Raya, Mikel Merino, Martín Zubimendi (Spain), Leandro Trossard (Belgium), Martin Ødegaard (Norway), Eberechi Eze, Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka and Noni Madueke (England).
As for the other clubs that had the largest presence in the quarter-finals, they are Manchester City and Atlético Madrid, each with eight players, and Paris Saint-Germain, with seven players.
