The committee appointed to manage El Ismaily SC held a press conference this Friday morning, ahead of the first team's journey in the Professional League.
El Ismaily will face Masr in the team's opening match of the Professional League today at 4:30 PM.
El Ismaily revealed the details of the press conference featuring Mohamed Raafat, head of the committee appointed to manage El Ismaily, in the presence of the technical committee members.
El Ismaily announced, "A state of alert has been declared to work towards saving the club, and a clear roadmap has been established to restore El Ismaily's place among the elite."
Raafat also revealed the first team's status: "The first team has been reinforced with a group of outstanding elements from the youth sector to compensate for the departure of several players, and financial bonuses have been doubled to motivate the players."
Raafat stated at the press conference, "We have established a more professional contracting and financial system, including distinctive contracts and a progressive financial regulation that ensures the appreciation of those who strive and motivates the players, thereby preparing the team in the best possible way for the journey back to the Premier League."
He continued, "The youth sector and academies are a main axis in the development plan, through a vision aimed at building a strong sector capable of discovering and creating talents, while gradually transforming it into an important source to support the club's resources and strengthen its treasury."
Regarding the registration crisis, he said, "The committee is just a few steps away from closing the file on the registration crisis, following efforts to settle the dues of players with cases."
He added, "Efforts continue, with the support and backing of El Ismaily's loyal fans, to resolve the remaining files, most notably the file concerning Algerian Mohamed Ben Khemassa and Al-Nour Stars Club, while committing to paying installments on time according to the agreements made."
Algerian Mohamed Ben Khemassa refuses to reach an agreement with El Ismaily regarding his dues, demanding the club pay his full entitlements.
Similarly, Al-Nour Stars Club obtained a ruling against the club over the case of player Ibrahim Hassan.
The head of the committee appointed to manage the club added: "We reject any attempts or proposals to freeze the team's activities, given the full awareness of the danger such a decision poses to the future of the first team and the youth sector, and to the club's journey in general."
He concluded, "The committee is working on setting ambitious plans to develop the membership system of the social club, in preparation for opening the membership door according to a vision that ensures the best benefit for members and maximizes the club's resources."
