As learned by FilGoal.com, Salah left England heading to Turkey to join Trabzonspor's training sessions in preparation for the upcoming period of the season.
The Egyptian Football Association had previously announced the reason for Mohamed Salah leaving the team camp.
The Football Association revealed, through a statement, that Salah was rested from the South Sudan match due to the artificial turf pitch, by decision of Hossam Hassan, the national team coach.
An agreement was reached between the technical staff and Mohamed Salah before the Angola match not to play against South Sudan, with the technical staff preferring this to protect the player.

The Egyptian national team drew goalless with Angola in the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
Mohamed Salah was substituted in the 60th minute of the Angola match, and Zizo entered in his place.
The Egyptian national team is scheduled to face South Africa in a friendly on October 4, marking the end of the current international break period.
Hossam Hassan had previously stated during a press conference before the South Sudan match: "I respect all players, especially Mohamed Salah. He is an important and influential player, one of the key elements, a great and important player for the team, and one of the most important players in the world."
He continued, "We preferred to rest Salah due to the artificial grass surface. He discussed the matter with me before the Angola match, and we agreed on it."
He emphasized, "There is no problem with Mohamed Salah. His request to be exempted from the South Sudan match came while he was in Turkey, out of concern for the pitch surface. He will be with us normally in the coming period, starting from the next international friendly match."
Mohamed Salah participated under Hossam Hassan's leadership in 24 matches, scoring 12 goals and providing 5 assists.
