Jude Bellingham, the star of Real Madrid and the England national team, was keen to direct an emotional message to the fans after failing to qualify for the final of the FIFA World Cup at the hands of Argentina the day before yesterday.
England's national team played its match in the World Cup semi-final, 2026 edition, against Argentina, where the latter turned the tables and achieved a 2-1 victory.
Argentina thus qualified to face Spain in the World Cup final, while England will face the French national team in the third-place match.

Bellingham wrote on his personal Instagram account: "It was difficult to find the right words to describe what we went through yesterday and in the recent weeks, but our driver's message from Kansas expresses what is in our hearts".
He added: "Thank you for the great support from the country, and for everyone who spent their hard-earned money to travel to America to support us, let's not let that solidarity and love that we saw end with this tournament".
He continued: "When we unite together, we can achieve great achievements, and we will do that, I love you all".
