Spanish club Barcelona announced the departure of another player from its squad during the current 2026 summer transfer window, which officially concludes on Tuesday evening.
Barcelona completed seven deals in the summer market, signing Anthony Gordon, Karim Adeyemi, Jérémy Bessio, João Cancelo, Rodri, Dominik Livaković, and Gabriel Jesus.
Conversely, several players left Barcelona this summer, led by Ferran Torres and Ronald Araújo, alongside young players, the most recent being Toni Fernández, as announced by the club.

In an official statement, Barcelona said that Toni Fernández will leave the club to join Venezia, with the Catalan club retaining the right to buy back the player, along with holding a percentage of any future sale.
Barcelona did not disclose the financial value of Toni Fernández's transfer to Venezia, but the Spanish newspaper "Sport" reported that it is estimated at 4 million euros.
Toni Fernández made his first appearance for Barcelona's first team on January 4, 2025, in a Copa del Rey match against Barbastro.
