English club Manchester City is moving vigorously between finalizing new signings and selling players to strengthen the squad, which is undergoing radical changes under new manager Enzo Maresca.
Manchester City is entering a new era with the departure of manager Pep Guardiola from his position after 10 years at "the Club," and Maresca taking over as his successor.
Several players have left City's ranks this summer, such as Rodri, Bernardo Silva, Tijjani Reijnders, and Savinho, alongside the expected departure of Egyptian Omar Marmoush.
According to British newspaper reports, Manchester City wants to sign Argentine Enzo Fernández from Chelsea, at Maresca's request.

The British newspaper "Metro" reported, citing journalist Fabrizio Romano, that Chelsea is ready to sell Enzo Fernández under two conditions: first, that the sale be for an amount no less than £120 million for the 25-year-old player, and second, that a ready replacement be found.
The report clarifies that Chelsea has targeted two players: Alex Scott of Bournemouth and Martin Zubimendi of Arsenal, but neither is for sale.
