The last hours are witnessing hot developments in the transfer file of Leipzig star Yan Diomande to the ranks of Real Madrid club, due to issues related to the agency of the Ivorian international.
Real Madrid had reached a near-final agreement with Leipzig to sign Diomande on a five-year contract in a deal likely to exceed 100 million euros, but the player's joining the Merengue has not yet been officially announced.
Media reports in the last hours claimed there is a dispute between Diomande's current agency, known as Roc Nation, and his former agency, Maxidell Management, which is run by former Ivorian player Max Gradel.
Maxidell has filed a complaint with FIFA accusing Roc Nation of breaching contracts, as Real Madrid negotiates with the latter to sign Diomande, while it was reported that the royal club was unaware of the matter (details here).

News also indicated that Diomande's transfer to Real Madrid is now in danger and could affect the player's registration with the Spanish club.
Mundo Deportivo confirmed that FIFA will not intervene in the dispute between Maxidell and Roc Nation, as the matter must be resolved between the two parties, and this dispute will not affect the possibility of Diomande's transfer to Real Madrid.
The newspaper explained that once Diomande is registered internationally with Leipzig, he can complete the procedures for his transfer to Real Madrid and obtain a playing license for Los Blancos, as Mundo Deportivo stressed that FIFA will not suspend the player, just as it did with the former player Lassana Diarra and his famous case with Russian club Lokomotiv Moscow.
It added that even if Diomande unilaterally terminates his contract with Leipzig, FIFA will grant the player the right to transfer and play normally with Real Madrid, while the amount Diomande pays to the German club as compensation would be another matter, and in any case the player will not be suspended.
