The celebrations of the Spanish national team on the occasion of winning the FIFA World Cup, 2026 edition, witnessed mockery of the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, on Monday evening.
The Spanish national team had succeeded in winning the World Cup title after defeating Argentina with a goal without reply, on Sunday evening in the 2026 edition final at "MetLife" Stadium.
The Spanish national team, led by coach Luis de la Fuente, returned to the homeland where they celebrated among their fans in an open procession, preceded by a special honoring at the Royal Palace.

On the same evening, the Spanish national team members headed to Cibeles Square to celebrate with the fans the second World Cup in their history, where each player was presented in a distinctive way.
When presenting the player Yeremy Pino, the ceremony presenter said sarcastically: "They used to call him Cristiano Ronaldo, but he now actually has a World Cup!", in reference to the absence of that tournament from the Portuguese star's treasury despite his participation in 6 editions of the tournament.
