Ahmed Tazi, a member of the board of directors of Maghreb Fes Club, revealed the completion of Sofiane Benjdida's transfer to Al-Ahly Club during the current summer transfer window.
Al-Ahly had entered into official negotiations in the past few days with Maghreb Fes Club to conclude the deal requested by the technical director, Hussein Amouta.
Amouta requested Benjdida to lead Al-Ahly's attack despite also agreeing with Monsef Bekkar, the Algerian striker for Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb.

Ahmed Tazi said in exclusive statements to Botola: "Sofiane Benjdida has become a player for Al-Ahly Club, after the two clubs reached an agreement regarding the deal".
He added: "The player also agreed to move to Al-Ahly, and an agreement was reached between all parties".
The Maghreb Fes Club official concluded his statements by confirming: "All that remains is the official announcement of Sofiane Benjdida's transfer to Al-Ahly Club".
