Farouk Jafar, ex-star of Al-Zamalek and father of "Seif", a player for the team, revealed the details of the crisis involving his son.

Seif Jafar has been excluded from Al-Zamalek's technical plans and is undergoing individual training.

Farouk Jafar stated via MBC Masr 2: "Seif Jafar was registered on the first list, and four days before the start of the league, I was surprised to learn that Al-Zamalek wanted him to leave. He was told that he either had to leave by mutual consent or go out on loan."

He added: "I contacted Abd al-Nasser Muhammad, the team manager, and informed him that the timing was inappropriate, especially since all teams had closed their lists, and Al-Zamalek is also facing a registration crisis, so what is the reason for Seif's departure?"

He continued: "Abd al-Nasser Muhammad said that the club wants him to leave. To this day, I do not know who made this decision, and I do not like to interfere in anyone's work."

He concluded his statements: "What is more serious is that Seif Jafar is not training with the team, but rather trains alone at 1:00 PM."

Seif Jafar is 26 years old and was promoted to the first team in 2019, after which he went on loan to Smouha.

He then left Al-Zamalek for free and joined Pyramids before returning to the Whites again.
