Z Club revealed its friendly matches in preparation for the new 2026-2027 season.
Z traveled under the leadership of Mohamed Shawky, the team's technical director, to Turkey to hold a training camp there, in preparation for the club's first-ever African participation in its history.
The Egyptian Football Association announced Z's participation, as cup runners-up, in the Confederation Cup alongside Al Ahly, who finished third in the league.
Pyramids were crowned Egyptian Cup champions at the expense of runners-up Z, winning 2-1 in the final match.
Z finished last season in second place in the relegation play-off zone with 49 points.
Z is the second Egyptian team to hold its training camp in Turkey this summer, after Pyramids.
Z's friendly matches during the Turkey camp are as follows:
July 30 at 5:00 PM against Khorfakkan of the UAE
August 2 at 5:00 PM against Al-Salmiya of Kuwait
August 6 at 5:00 PM against Al-Muharraq of Bahrain
August 9 at 7:00 PM against Kocaeli Spor of Turkey
