Mustafa Abdel Raouf Zico, the Egyptian national team player, preferred to speak out about his feelings after Egypt's exit from the World Cup with an undeserved loss to Argentina, describing what the Pharaohs faced during the match as "clear injustice".

The Egyptian national team bid farewell to the World Cup competitions with a loss to Argentina, by a score of (3-2) in the match that took place within the round of 16 of the World Cup, held on the pitch of Atlanta Stadium.

Mustafa Zico's statements

Mustafa Abdel Raouf Zico, the Egyptian national team player, said in television statements via the "beIN Sports" channel: "What happened to us is not justice, an unjust referee, clear injustice.. He wasted the effort of an entire country and was biased against us from the beginning".

The Egyptian national team player added: "How can we beat Argentina with a two-goal lead without reply!.. The tournament is directed".

He continued his speech, directing a message to the fans: "I apologize to the fans, we wanted to make them happy, but things were not in our hands, they were with the referee".

Zico concluded his statements: "The tournament is directed.. Congratulations to Argentina on the World Cup, we don't want anything else".
