Zamalek Club's first football team triumphed in its second friendly of the new season by defeating the Orange team 4-0 this Thursday evening.
The Zamalek friendly against Orange was held at the New Capital camp, as part of preparations for the new season.
Zamalek entered the first half against Orange with a lineup consisting of:
Goalkeeping: Mohamed Sobhy.
Defense line: Mahmoud Bentayek - Mahmoud Hamdy "El-Wensh" - Mustafa El-Zanari - Omar Gaber.
Midfield: Mohamed Shehata - Mohamed El-Sayed - Ahmed Fattouh - Ahmed Abdel Rahim "Esho" - Ahmed Sherif.
Attack line: Adi Al-Dabbagh.
Ahmed Fattouh opened the scoring for Zamalek in the 5th minute, then Mustafa El-Zanari added the second goal in the 27th minute.
The first half ended with Zamalek leading Orange 2-0.
Second half lineup
Zamalek entered the second half with some changes to the lineup which included: "Mohamed Sobhy - Mahmoud Bentayek - Mohamed Ismail - Mustafa El-Zanari - Omar Gaber - Mohamed Shehata - Adam Kaid - Ahmed Rabie - Ahmed Khodari - Hossam Ashraf - Adi Al-Dabbagh".
In the 61st minute, Ahmed Hossam scored Zamalek's third goal with a header from a corner kick.
The fourth goal for Zamalek came in the 85th minute from an Orange defender's own goal.
The friendly match ended with Zamalek winning against Orange 4-0.
Zamalek had defeated their counterpart Plastic in the first friendly 3-0.
