A source within Zamalek Club revealed that the club received a notification from the Appeals Committee of the Egyptian Football Association regarding a deadline to submit documents supporting its appeal against the decision issued by the Players' Affairs Committee concerning Ahmed Sayed "Zizo"'s complaint.
Days earlier, Zamalek had confirmed receiving a letter from the Football Association stating that Zizo's complaint against the White Castle had been archived, as the current Al-Ahly player is demanding overdue dues from the White Castle.
The decision came after the Players' Affairs Committee reviewed the complaint and the documents submitted by both parties.
The source stated in remarks to FilKora today, Thursday: "We received an official letter from the Football Association granting Zamalek Club a 10-day period to submit documents supporting the appeal filed against the Players' Affairs Committee's decision regarding Zizo."
He added: "Zamalek is ready with the documents proving the validity of the appeal, and they will be submitted to the Appeals Committee within the specified deadline."
He concluded: "The club is always prepared to handle all requirements related to this file and to provide any documents requested by the Federation."
