Zamalek Club has received an official notification from the Angolan Football Federation stating that Chico Banza, a winger for the first football team, has been called up to join the Angola national team camp during the upcoming international break.

The Angola national team is preparing to play two matches in the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, facing Egypt on September 25, followed by Malawi on October 6.

At the same time, Zamalek received a notification calling up Oday Dabbagh and Adam Kayed to join the Palestine national team camp during the upcoming international break.

The Palestine national team will participate in a friendly tournament in China, playing three matches: against China on September 24, then Turkmenistan on September 28, and concluding with a match against Tajikistan on October 2.

Thus, three Zamalek players will join the Angola and Palestine national teams during the upcoming international break in preparation for various international commitments.

Previously, Zamalek's first football team secured a 2-1 victory in the first leg against AS Port Djibouti in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.

The return match between Zamalek and the Djibouti champions is scheduled for 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, also at Cairo International Stadium.
