A delegation from Zamalek Club received today, Tuesday, the site of the club's new land in the city of October Gardens.
The Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, headed by Hussein Labib, revealed earlier that the club received, on Thursday, July 16, 2026, the official allocation letter for the new land allocated to the club in the city of October Gardens.
The October Gardens City Development Agency announced today, Tuesday, corresponding to August 4, the signing of the land receipt minutes between the October Gardens City Development Agency and the club's representatives, in accordance with the organized rules and procedures.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports revealed earlier the end of the Zamalek Club land crisis in the 6th of October area by directive from the political leadership.
Zamalek officials held a meeting last month with officials from the Ministry of Housing to begin preparations for the establishment of the new club branch.
Zamalek also revealed the agreement with the contracting company to begin implementing the project immediately upon receiving the land.
Zamalek explained earlier in an official statement that the memorandum of understanding that was signed included the establishment of the new sports and social club branch and the investment area for the project in the city of October Gardens.
