Al-Zamalek Club announced today, Thursday, that it has received the official allocation letter for the land designated for the establishment of a new branch of the club in the city of October Gardens, after completing all necessary procedures with the relevant authorities.
Al-Zamalek clarified, in an official statement, that receiving the allocation letter represents a new step towards implementing the project of establishing the new branch, and moving to the executive phase in the coming period.
The statement added that the Board of Directors will begin studying the executive procedures related to the project, in preparation for starting work according to the set timeline, in a way that ensures the establishment of a branch that includes integrated sports, social, and service facilities, meeting the aspirations of the General Assembly members.
Al-Zamalek indicated that the file of establishing the October Gardens branch comes at the top of the Board of Directors' priorities, noting that it signed, last week, a memorandum of understanding with one of the largest real estate development companies, in preparation for implementing the project.
