Zamalek continues its collective training
The technical staff of Zamalek's first football team was keen to reduce the physical load on the players during the training session held today, Monday, before the friendly match against Plastic that the White will play tomorrow, Tuesday.
The technical staff's decision to reduce the players' physical load came out of fear of them suffering from fatigue, and the Portuguese Nuno Costa Ribeiro, the load trainer, led the supervision of the segment that included various physical exercises and other light ones with the ball.
The technical staff divided the players into several groups to undergo technical and tactical training, and Moataz Gamal was keen to direct the players during this segment.
Zamalek's team concluded its training by playing a small technical division in order to implement what was trained in the tactical segment, as part of its preparations for the upcoming season.
