Zamalek's first football team concluded its training session this Sunday evening at the auxiliary stadium of the Defense Air Force Stadium, as part of preparations for the upcoming match against El Mansoura El Suez Petrojet in the Premier League.
The technical staff, led by Moataz El-Gamal, made sure to reduce the physical load on the players to prevent fatigue during tomorrow's match. The players performed a physical segment under the supervision of Portuguese fitness coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro.
The technical staff focused on tactical aspects, dividing the players into groups for technical drills, and continuously instructed the players during this segment.
Zamalek concluded today's training with a small-scale technical scrimmage to implement what was practiced in the tactical segment, as part of preparations for upcoming matches.
Zamalek will host El Mansoura El Suez Petrojet at 8:00 PM tomorrow, Monday, at Cairo International Stadium, in a match for the third round of the Premier League.
Zamalek won their previous match against Bank of Alexandria 3-0, after drawing 0-0 with Al Ittihad Alexandria in the first round.
