Zamalek Club published photos for the first time of the preparation camp that the team is undergoing in the Administrative Capital, in preparation for the start of its local and continental journey in the new 2026-2027 season.
The training session witnessed the first appearance of the new Portuguese performance analyst Fabio Ferreira, who replaced his compatriot Fabio Nuno, the former performance analyst, with Ibrahim Salah continuing in the position of general coach.
Nuno Costa Ribeiro also returned to perform his role as a fitness coach, after the announcement of the official formation of the technical staff of the Zamalek team for the 2026-2027 season, led by Moatamed Jamal, which also included Salah Suleiman as a coach, and Ayman Taher as a goalkeeping coach.
The training photos also showed the return of some loaned players, whose loans ended at the end of last season, such as striker Hossam Ashraf and defender Mustafa El Zenary.
The photos also showed the continued absence of the trio Juan Bezerra, Chico Banza, and Abdullah Al-Saeed from the White Castle camp.
In return, the White team is armed with a group of its young players who participated with the first team last season, most notably Mohamed El-Sayed, in addition to Mohamed Ibrahim, Youssef Wael "the Frenchman", Ahmed Khodari, and El-Sayed Osama.
