Zamalek Club announced some important decisions regarding the football sector, topped by accepting the resignation of John Edward, the sports director, and the continuation of Moatamed Jamal as coach of the team.

The decisions came as follows:
First: Accepting the resignation of John Edward, the sports director of Zamalek Club, with thanks to him for the period he spent inside the White Castle, in appreciation of the effort he exerted during his tenure, along with holding a honoring ceremony befitting what he presented to the club.
Second: Keeping Captain Moatamed Jamal as technical director of the first football team, granting him full powers to manage the team's affairs, and providing all necessary requirements to help him continue success, after his distinguished experience last season and winning the league title.
Third: It was decided that the training camp for the first football team will begin next Friday, as part of preparations for the new season.
The board of directors of Zamalek Club confirms that it is in permanent session to arrange matters related to football and announce the name of the new sports director for the football sector soon.
