Hajd Al-Antabli, the doctor of Egypt's youth national team, submitted his apology to Zamalek Club for not accepting the offer presented to him.

A source inside the Egyptian Football Association revealed that the file regarding the departure of Egypt youth national team doctor Hajd Al-Antabli to Zamalek Club has been closed for the coming period.
The source confirmed in statements to Yalla Koura that the medical committee within the federation, headed by Mohamed Abu El-Ala, refused to make any changes to the medical staff of the youth national team.
The source indicated that Hajd Al-Antabli contacted one of the members of the technical staff at Zamalek Club and informed them of his apology due to the federation's insistence on retaining him.
Zamalek Club's camp began last Saturday in the New Administrative Capital in preparation for the upcoming season.
