To begin with.. what is the reason behind the players' attack on you after the African exit?
"I don't know the real reason behind it, but I see there is a systematic campaign to tarnish my image by some players, and I noticed that on social media, especially after returning to Egypt."
How do you explain the attack on you at the current time?
"I think there is an agreement with some players to try to exclude me from leading the Egyptian national team, and I am surprised by that because these girls were previously part of the Egyptian national team squad in past periods, and we lost matches before without any attack from any player."
Will there be any reaction from you towards that?
"Certainly, I will take all legal measures against anyone who has tarnished my image in any way, and I was keen to collect all the comments and posts published that contain insults against me in order to assign my lawyer to file a lawsuit against them."
Have you spoken to any official in the Football Association after the exit from the African Nations Cup?
"Certainly, I spoke with Engineer Hani Abu Rida, the president of the Egyptian Football Association, about all matters, and a comprehensive report will be prepared to be submitted to the board of directors in the coming period."
Has your journey with the Egyptian women's national football team ended after the tournament?
"No one has informed me of this decision, and I am at the disposal of the Football Association at any time, whether I continue my journey with the team or leave, because in the end, working with national teams is an honor for any coach, and I have left before and returned again."
Some players mentioned that you were trying to convince them to play for Al Ahly Bank team when you were the coach of the team?
"Negotiating with any player to form a strong team to compete with in the women's football league was not a mistake, especially since any coach always seeks to form a core squad with the goal of winning titles."
Some players spoke about an intention to file a complaint against you to the Minister of Sports and the Football Association?
"I have not made any mistake, and I am ready to respond to any memorandum and respect all sports authorities, but in the end, football is about winning and losing, and certainly the non-participation of some players may push them to talk about other matters besides football."
Finally.. is there a message you would like to direct?
"I apologize to the Egyptian people for the exit from the African Nations Cup, and we always seek to develop this file in order to elevate the level of women's football in general."
