A source within Zamalek Club revealed the latest developments regarding Tunisian player Ahmed El-Gafali's return to matches.
El-Gafali remains absent from Zamalek's matches, and the club is working on preparing him during this period following his recovery from a previous injury.
A source inside Zamalek told "Yalla Kora" that Ahmed El-Gafali is currently undergoing an intensive training program and has begun ball drills according to his specific rehabilitation plan.
The source added that Zamalek is preparing a complete medical file for El-Gafali, including all additional medical examinations he will undergo in the coming days.
The same source clarified that the technical staff, led by Moataz Gamal, rules out including El-Gafali in the team squad for upcoming matches.
He indicated that El-Gafali's first appearance with Zamalek could be in the match against ZED FC for the Egypt Capital Cup during the international break.
Zamalek has played three league matches this season: drawing 0-0 with Al-Ittihad Alexandria, defeating National Bank of Egypt 3-0, and beating Suez Petrojet 2-1.
