Pedro Baptista, the coach of the Cape Verde national team, hopes to achieve a surprise and qualify for the round of 16 at the expense of Argentina in the 2026 World Cup.

The winner of that match will qualify to face the winner of the Egypt vs. Australia match in the round of 16.
