Al-Ahly's first football team continued its training today, Wednesday, at the Mokhtar El-Tetsh Stadium in Gezira, in preparation for the match against ZED.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face ZED in a match scheduled for next Friday as part of the second round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Moroccan coach Hussein Amouta held a brief lecture for the players at the start of the training session to explain several technical aspects related to the upcoming phase.
The players underwent physical drills and numerous tactical exercises as part of the technical staff's preparation plan for the upcoming match against ZED.
Al-Ahly's training session saw the Moroccan duo Ashraf Dari and Reda Salem continue their preparations to join the team.
Imam Ashour also appeared, having recently renewed his contract with Al-Ahly until 2030.
Al-Ahly began its Premier League campaign with a 3-2 victory over Sharqia Enppi, while ZED drew goalless with Wadi Degla.
