Al-Ahly Club's first football team achieved an important victory over its Spanish counterpart Badalona, winning three goals to nil, during the friendly match held this Wednesday evening at Bosc de Tossa Stadium.
Al-Ahly's friendly against Spanish Badalona came as part of the Red Giants' preparation camp in Spain, which runs until August 20, as part of preparations for the new season.
Hussein Ammouta, Al-Ahly's coach, entered the match with a lineup that included: Mohamed El-Shenawy, Ahmed Eid, Yasser Ibrahim, Yassin Marei, Karim Fouad, Ahmed Reda, Omar El-Saei, Mohamed Magdy Afsha, Hussein El-Shahat, Sofiane Ben Jedidia, and Mohamed Raafat.

The first half ended in a goalless draw between the two teams, with an average performance from both sides and a slight edge in favor of Al-Ahly.
New Al-Ahly signing Sofiane Ben Jedidia missed a penalty in the first half of the match after Badalona's goalkeeper saved it.
At the start of the second half, the Moroccan coach made several changes, until substitute Ali Mahmoud succeeded in scoring Al-Ahly's first goal.

Substitute Aktai Abdullah also managed to score Al-Ahly's second goal, introducing himself early after signing with him this summer from Enppi, before Ahmed El-Sayed Zizo added the third goal for the Red Giants.
It is noted that Al-Ahly played 4 friendly matches in Cairo before traveling to Spain against Nasr Cairo, La Vina, Petrol Assiut, and Al-Nogoum, winning all of them.
