The first football team of Inter Miami Club played a very strong and exciting match against its counterpart Leon within the Leagues Cup competitions.
The Argentine legend Lionel Messi participated in the second half of the match that brought his team against the Mexican Leon this morning, Thursday.
Leon Club eliminated Messi's teammates from the Leagues Cup after achieving an exciting 3-2 victory.
Lionel Messi, the captain of Inter Miami, did not appear in the match as he neither created nor scored any goal, and he participated in the second half just days after the passing of his father Jorge Messi, which greatly affected the Argentine.

Inter Miami Club opened the scoring in the 42nd minute through Daniel Pintor, before Daniel Arcila equalized in the 50th minute.
Yannick Bright added the second goal for Inter Miami in the 54th minute of the match, while Juan Pablo equalized in the 61st minute.
A positive 2-2 draw dominated the atmosphere of the match, but in the 81st minute, Daniel Arcila managed to score the third goal for the Mexican team, thus eliminating Messi and his teammates from the tournament.
