Petrojet Club revealed the signing of Ahmed Salah for one season.
Petrojet's statement came as follows:
"In a heavyweight deal, the board of directors of Petrojet Club, headed by Sameh Mabrouk, succeeded in contracting with the Egyptian volleyball legend Ahmed Salah, to strengthen the ranks of the first team in preparation for the new sports season".
"Ahmed Salah's joining is considered a major technical addition, due to his international experience and a career full of achievements with the national team and clubs, within the framework of the club's plan to compete strongly for local and continental championships".
"The player is scheduled to join the team's training sessions in the coming days, in preparation for his first appearance in the petroleum jersey, awaiting that the 'human machine' will continue writing a new chapter of achievements with Petrojet".
Ahmed Salah has a distinguished career in the history of his volleyball participations.
Ahmed Salah's most prominent stations were with Al Ahly team, where he won all possible championships and also participated in the Club World Cup.
Salah won the African Championship title with the Libyan club Al-Swehly last year and received the award for best player in Africa at that time.
Salah's last station was with the Iraqi North Refineries Club.
