Hungarian side Veszprém clinched the IHF Men's Super Globe title after defeating Spanish club Barcelona 42-33 in a match held on Thursday evening.
The Hungarian team claimed their second title in history, taking revenge on Barça, who had won the tournament last year.

Barcelona features Seif El-Deraa, while the Egyptian quartet Yahia El-Deraa, Ahmed Adel, Ahmed Hesham "Dodo," and Ali Zein play for Veszprém.
The first half ended with the Hungarian team leading Blaugrana 22-16.
Barcelona's path to the final
Barcelona secured their spot in the final after topping Group A, achieving a perfect record in their three matches.
The Spanish team began their campaign by beating Brazil's Pinheiros 44-33, then defeated Zamalek 39-29, before concluding the group stage with a big win over Morocco's Forum de Derb Sultan 51-15, thus topping their group with 6 points.
Veszprém... another path to the final
On the other hand, Veszprém secured first place in Group B and qualified for the final after winning their first two matches, most notably defeating Al Ahly 31-23.
The Hungarian team had previously beaten Füchse Berlin 34-33, before officially ensuring their progression to the final, repeating their appearance in the championship match for the second consecutive year.
