Latest developments in Al-Ahly's negotiations to sign Mahmoud Salah

A source said in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura: "There is dissatisfaction among Al-Ahly officials due to Ghazl El Mahalla's delay in settling the Mahmoud Salah deal."

He explained: "Al-Ahly informed Ghazl El Mahalla officials of the necessity to settle their final position within hours, considering that today is the end of the registration period for the 2007 age group team, and that Al-Ahly is not ready to register the player on the first team's list."

The source continued: "Al-Ahly's final offer will not change, which is paying 30 million and 10 million 'bonus' linked to contributions and participations in the first season only."

He added: "Nader Khalil, Director of External Relations at Ghazl El Mahalla, has an offer from the Spanish club Malaga worth 400 thousand dollars, which was informed to Al-Ahly officials, so El Mahalla is weighing between the two offers given that the resale percentage is 20% for them and 15% for Al-Ahly."

The source concluded his statements: "Al-Ahly may head in the last hours to sign Hamed Abdullah from Enppi Club and will not submit a new offer for Mahmoud Salah."
