Arsenal achieved a big victory over Spanish Girona by four goals to one in a friendly match in preparation for the next season.
The match witnessed the participation of new signing Christos Tzolis and his scoring of the first goals in the Gunners' shirt.
Arsenal took the lead early with a goal from Kai Havertz after he broke free following a wonderful through ball and scored in the 15th minute.
Tzolis scored his first goal for Arsenal with a low shot to the left of the goalkeeper in the 30th minute.
At the start of the second half, the deficit was reduced by a goal from Arnau Martinez with a header in the 50th minute.
After a series of passes, Alex Dowman unleashed a powerful low shot that found the net from outside the penalty area in the 53rd minute.
Two minutes later, Gabriel Jesus capitalized on the error and added the fourth for Arsenal

Arsenal will later prepare to face Spanish Real Betis on Wednesday in Dublin, Ireland.
Then they will face German Borussia Dortmund on the ninth of August, followed by Italian Como three days later.
Arsenal will kick off their season with a match against Manchester City on August 16 in the Community Shield.
They will begin their title defense campaign with a match against Bournemouth on August 21.
