A source revealed the truth of what has been circulating in the past hours regarding an offer from the Turkish club Konyaspor to sign Al Ahly midfielder Imam Ashour during the current summer transfer window.
Imam Ashour is linked to a contract with Al Ahly until summer 2028.

A source said in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura: "A marketing company contacted Al Ahly's football officials regarding the possibility of sending an offer to the club to buy Imam Ashour".
The source explained that the value proposed for signing Imam Ashour amounted to about 3 million euros.
The source added: "Al Ahly officials informed the marketing company that they refuse to discuss any offer worth less than 8 million euros, regardless of the identity of the club wishing to sign the player".
The source concluded his statements: "There has been no direct communication between Al Ahly officials and Konyaspor officials, and no official offer has been sent until now".
