The Moroccan Royal Army Club announced, through its official accounts, the appointment of Portuguese Soares Gonçalves Pedro Valdemar as the team's technical director, succeeding his compatriot Alexander Santos.
The club explained that Valdemar signed a contract extending for two seasons, to take charge of the team starting from the new season.
The Royal Army extended thanks to Santos, who led the team for a season and a half, before the end of his stint with the club following the loss of the Moroccan League title.
The Portuguese coach Alexander Santos had quickly settled his destination, after the Kuwait Kuwaiti Club announced contracting with him, just one day after his departure from coaching the Royal Army.
