The Pyramids FC delegation will depart Cairo tomorrow, Thursday at noon, heading to Kenya in preparation for their match against Gor Mahia at the start of their African Champions League campaign.
Pyramids will visit Kenyan side Gor Mahia next Sunday at 3:00 PM at Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi for the first leg of the preliminary round of the Champions League.
Pyramids FC is scheduled to conclude its training sessions on Thursday morning at the Air Defense Stadium, before head coach Rolani Mokwena announces the travel squad list for Kenya. The team will then proceed to Cairo International Airport and depart at noon for Nairobi aboard a private chartered flight provided by the club's management to save time and effort.
Pyramids will hold two training sessions in Nairobi ahead of the crucial match. Their first session will take place on Friday afternoon at one of the training grounds, followed by their final training on Saturday afternoon at Nyayo National Stadium, which will host the match.
It is worth noting that the return leg in Cairo has been scheduled for 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 13, at the Air Defense Stadium.
