Real Madrid is preparing to make a major change in the list of the most expensive players in the club's history, in case the deal to sign the Ivorian Yan Diomande, the German Leipzig winger, is completed.
Diomande's name has been linked with a move to the Royal team this summer in a deal that could reach a total value of 135 million euros when bonuses are included, according to "ESPN" network.
While several sources mentioned that Real will pay a fixed amount of no less than 100 million euros.
And if the deal is completed, Diomande may secure a place in the list of Real Madrid's most expensive deals ever, and may even top the list, surpassing the Englishman Jude Bellingham who joined the club from Borussia Dortmund for 127 million euros according to data from the "Transfermarkt" website.
Meanwhile, the Belgian Eden Hazard is in second place with a value of 120.8 million euros, which "Los Blancos" paid to sign him from Chelsea.
