Moroccan Badr Banoun, former Al Ahly player, is close to joining the ranks of Moroccan Hassania Agadir.

Banoun is close to leaving the ranks of Moroccan Raja, according to previous reports in the current summer.
Moroccan newspaper "Al Muntakhab" revealed that the veteran defender is on the verge of Agadir. Some simple details remain before the official announcement of the transfer.
The report indicated that "if no developments appear that may hinder its completion. And if the negotiations are successfully completed, the player will constitute a strong addition to the team defensively".
Banoun was content with playing 23 matches in his second term with Moroccan Raja since his return last year.
The 32-year-old Banoun played for Raja, Maghreb Fez, Nahdat Berkane, Al Ahly, and Qatari Qatar, then returned in 2025 to Raja.
He won 4 titles with Al Ahly in addition to the bronze medal of the Club World Cup during two seasons he spent in the red jersey.
Banoun played 51 matches with Al Ahly in various competitions, during which he scored 4 goals.
With the Moroccan national team, he won the 2018 Africa Cup of Nations for locals and has 5 international goals in the Atlas Lions jersey, and also participated in the 2022 World Cup.
Agadir finished last season in 12th place in the Moroccan league standings with 33 points.
