Noble Jawhar, Minister of Youth and Sports, met Ahmed Kajoor, Minister of Finance, to discuss a number of priority joint files, within the framework of ongoing coordination between the two ministries to support the state's plans to develop the sports and youth sectors and enhance investments directed toward national projects.
The meeting discussed preparations for Egypt's participation in the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, ensuring the implementation of integrated preparation programs for the sports champions and creating the appropriate climate to achieve the best results and raise Egypt's name in international forums.

The meeting discussed preparations for Egypt to host the 2027 African Games and reviewed the financial and organizational aspects related to the event, contributing to its presentation in a manner that reflects Egypt's status and its great capabilities in organizing and hosting major continental and international sporting events.
The meeting also addressed follow-up on the "Youth Economy" project, as one of the strategic projects aimed at economically empowering youth, supporting entrepreneurship, and creating sustainable job opportunities through cooperation and coordination among the various relevant entities.
The two sides affirmed the importance of continued coordination and integration between the Ministries of Youth and Sports and Finance, supporting the implementation of priority projects and programs and achieving the state's targets in investing in youth and sports as fundamental pillars for building the Egyptian human being and achieving sustainable development.
