Zamalek Club has settled on conducting the team's collective training sessions in the upcoming season at a new stadium, away from the club's headquarters in Mit Okba, after obtaining all official approvals for that in the last few hours.
A source confirmed in exclusive statements to Yalla Koura that Zamalek obtained all official approvals to hold the team's training in the new season at one of the subsidiary fields at the Air Defense Stadium.
This comes after Zamalek Club conducted its collective training sessions for the first team at the Military College Stadium during the past season, away from the club's headquarters.
The source added that John Edward refuses to return the collective training sessions to Mit Okba again, which contributed to settling on completing the procedures for holding the team's training at one of the subsidiary fields at the Air Defense Stadium.
Zamalek receives the allocation letter for the October Gardens branch land
In another context, Zamalek Club had previously announced receiving the official allocation letter for the land designated for establishing a new branch of the club in October Gardens City, after completing all necessary procedures with the relevant authorities.
Zamalek explained in an official statement that receiving the allocation letter represents a new step toward implementing the project to establish the new branch and moving to the executive phase in the coming period.
Zamalek indicated that the file for establishing the October Gardens branch tops the board of directors' priorities, noting that it signed a memorandum of understanding last week with one of the largest real estate development companies, in preparation for implementing the project.
