Winger Ahmed Adel Messi completed ZED's quartet in the 91st minute with a precise shot from inside the penalty area.
The return leg between ZED and AS Djibouti is scheduled to take place next Saturday, September 12, in Djibouti. The winner of this tie will face Tanzania's Azam United in the second preliminary round (Round of 32).
