Mustafa Zizo, the father and agent of Ahmed Mustafa "Zizo", revealed the player's stance following the decision of the Players' Affairs Committee of the Egyptian Football Association to archive his complaint against Zamalek Club.
Zamalek Club had announced in an official statement today, Wednesday, that it received a letter from the Egyptian Football Association containing the Players' Affairs Committee's decision to archive the complaint filed by Ahmed Mustafa "Zizo" against the White Castle.
Mustafa Zizo said in exclusive statements to "Yalla Koura": "We will appeal the Football Association's decision issued today, as it is an incomprehensible decision to us, but in any case, we will file an appeal against it."
He added: "After the appeal, we will head to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and we will uphold all of the player's rights."
He continued: "We filed the complaint on April 8, 2025, and a hearing session was scheduled for September, and the decision was supposed to be issued in November."
He added: "After that, the decision was postponed, then the term of the Players' Affairs Committee ended without issuing any decision, and today we were surprised by the decision to archive the complaint, so we do not know the grounds of the decision or the reason for all this delay, and in the end the decision is to archive the complaint."
He explained: "Zamalek Club believes it has the right to claim 60 million pounds, on the grounds of the player's appearance in a television program, in addition to an advertisement for one of the companies, whereas the percentage due to the club—if it exists—does not exceed 20%."
He concluded by saying: "Zamalek's demand to obtain 60 million pounds means that the player received nearly half a billion pounds for appearing in a television program and an advertisement; is this logical? In the end, we will appeal the decision and uphold all of the player's rights."
